About VISINEER

VISINEER is an interactive 2D and 3D engineering drawing learning platform for teachers and students. Learn shapes, component functions, and test understanding in class.

From drawing to understanding

Engineering drawings convey the shape and size of objects. VISINEER helps students observe 3D models while reading 2D drawings, and learn the explanations of each component's function prepared by the teacher.

Observe the shape

Rotate, zoom, and explode the 3D model. Select a component linked by the teacher to view that part.

Read drawing

Enlarge the 2D engineering drawing to read dimensions and details. Component explanations can be read or listened to.

Test understanding

Complete multiple-choice questions, component measurements, or jobsheets for the material. Multiple-choice answers are graded automatically; measurements and jobsheets are graded by the teacher.

For teachers and students

Teachers create classes, prepare 2D/3D materials, link components with explanations, and design and grade evaluations. AI helps draft explanations and questions, which still need to be reviewed by the teacher.

Students join using a class code, open published materials, ask questions through discussions, complete evaluations, and view learning outcomes. Class materials and answers are only available to accounts with access.

How to start learning

  1. Register as a student and verify your email.
  2. Log in, then enter the class code from your teacher.
  3. Open the material, study the drawings and components, then complete the evaluation before the deadline.

Teacher accounts are created by the VISINEER admin. Prepared materials can be opened via browser without installing CAD software; 3D view requires WebGL support.
